Tell us about you

My name is Yasmin. I’m the sales and marketing lead at ProConvey. A lot of my work focuses on helping founders within the legal industry improve processes, whether that’s in house or in a startup

What types of document do you typically draft?

A software licensing agreement is probably the document I draft the most. Other than that, it’s terms that are needed in the context of a fundraise.

How does ������ save you time?

I remember when I was in one of my first startups, I was asked to draft a contract and I probably spent between 2 and 3 days just looking up laws and legislations that were applicable within the UK. Now that I can use ������ to do that in a couple of clicks, it saves me all that time that I can now spend doing other things.

Now that I can use ������, the most time I spend writing contracts actually goes into writing the prompt, so I’d say I save at least 90–95% of my time when it comes to drafting contracts.
