a party to this Agreement when it receives Confidential Information, directly or indirectly, from the other party; and

Record of Work means the documented evidence of services provided during a project in the form of a timesheet, acceptance certificate or project sign-off agreed by [parties involved].

Record Sheet means a sheet explicitly designed to accept, retain, and continuously record specific information through designated marking devices.

Recovered Materials means substances separated from waste destined for use, reuse, or recycling

Recovery Fee means a standard charge imposed for the collection of additional owing amounts following the loan conversion to a liquidated status

Recreational activity means participating in an organized or solitary indoor or outdoor activity for pleasure, exercise, instruction, or skill development

Recreational Area means spaces, public or private, dedicated to leisure activities, sports, gatherings, not inclusive of private residential zones.

Recreational Building means a structure designed for indoor and active use relating to sports or recreational activities.

Recreational Facilities means areas or facilities, including parks, spas, swimming pools, athletic and entertainment resources, designated for recreational use and associated accessories
