any and all of the patents and patent applications set out in the Schedule, including any continuations, continuations in part, extensions, reissues, divisions, and any patent supplementary protection certificates and similar rights based on, or deriving priority from, them;

Patient care means provision of health services by a medical team, this can occur in a variety of settings such as a medical institution or at home.

Patient Care Services means therapeutic, diagnostic and pharmaceutical services provided to inpatients and outpatients through qualified healthcare professionals

Patient Counseling means the sharing of necessary information by a pharmacist to promote correct use of drugs and devices

Patient Encounter means when a healthcare provider has direct in-person interaction with a patient during an admission or procedure

Payment Confirmation means a written, transactional document displaying all vital details of a payment, including confirmation or order number

Payment Due means the specified date or dates when a payment must be made to maintain good standing

Payment for Services means the agreed-upon compensation provided for services rendered, not involving ownership transfer, and excluding any other additional allowances like travel expenses.

Payment in Lieu of Notice means an amount given instead of the necessary notice period, equivalent to the salary and benefits due in that period
